Thai Massage: A Yoga-Inspired Healing Practice
Thai massage is performed on the floor with the recipient fully clothed, without oils. It blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.
Unlike Western massage, which focuses on muscles, Thai massage works with energy lines (sen), using deep stretches, spinal twists, and targeted pressure to balance the body. Often called “lazy yoga,” it enhances mobility and releases tension through guided movements.
Session Options:
• 30 min – Focus on one area: legs, back, or head/neck/face/hands/feet.
• 60 min – Full-body session with moderate detail.
• 90 min – Deep full-body work, including feet, hands, face, head, and abdomen.
